Yes! Express service returns your laundry in 3 hours for Rp 35,000/kg. Message David on WhatsApp to confirm availability before 2PM for same-day turnaround.
Free pickup and delivery within Mas Village. For villas in wider Ubud and nearby areas, there's a small delivery fee of Rp 30,000 each way. Message David with your villa name and he'll confirm upfront.
Payment is on delivery. Cash (Rupiah) is preferred and easiest. David can also accept payment via GoPay or QRIS transfer — just ask when you book.
Absolutely. David serves the wider Ubud area including Penestanan, Campuhan, Tjampuhan, Tegallalang and nearby villas. Just send him your location on WhatsApp and he'll arrange everything.
Each order is individually bagged and labeled before leaving your villa. David takes great care with every item — delicate clothes, swimwear, and sarongs are all handled gently. If you have any concerns, message David directly and he will make it right.
